Faircloth Construction and Real Estate, Inc. in Burlington, NC. The philosophy at Faircloth Construction is that a house is much more than a physical structure. It is an outlet for creativity, and a canvas on which people can create wonderful things and express themselves in unique ways. A house is where children are raised and memories are made - it is a home.

       As quality custom home builders and developers, Randy and his wife Chris live, work and are involved in the local community. Their company takes pride in building a small number of custom homes per year as well as developing unique subdivisions designed to take advantage of the beautiful land on which they are developed.

       Randy and Chris are proud to have built over one hundred quality custom homes for families in Alamance, Guilford, and Orange counties. Their company has been involved in developing several neighborhoods including Fairfield, Heritage Glen, Buttermilk Creek and Stones Path. These subdivisions were designed to have a minimal impact on the environment and to utilize green building and developing techniques such as vegetation buffers, construction using natural materials and minimal environmental invasion. 

       We take pride in our professionalism and in our community. We consider our profession to be one of the most important and meaningful ways to make a living, and we are proud of the fact that we can drive through our community and see the lasting legacy that we have built.

The judging panel uses the case file built by our research team and any supporting evidence submitted by the nominee to make the decision as to who is successful in the programme. Our dedicated researchers used merit-orientated research via the public domain, taking into consideration a number of different factors. Once finalised, the file is presented to our judges for their consideration.
